Tuesdays - all year
6.00 until 8.00 (junior athletics group and endurance group 6.30 until 8). There is a 'beginners group' from 5.30 until 6.30 for our youngest athletes.
Thursdays - Summer
Summer (from April to October) 6.00 until 8.00 (junior running group and endurance group 6.30 until 8)
Thursdays - Winter
Conditioning 6.30 until 8 at clubhouse on Thursdays, October to March. Training on the track from 6.30 until 7.30.
Cross Country Training
September to April, Saturday morning 10.20 – 11.30 meeting at Goldenstones car park for children year 5 upwards. We have quite a thriving group of all ages and abilities and compete quite regularly for our combined Wells/Yeovil team.If anyone wants more details about training they can ring Annette Weale on 01935 862219.
The coaches that run the session are Geoff Cole (Level 2 Endurance Coach) and Annette Weale (Level 3 Development Coach). We also have a few parents who run with the group so we can cater for everyone’s needs. Annette sometimes runs a session on Mondays at 4pm at Yeovil Rec - please call her to check if this session is on.
Conditioning Training
October to March - in the clubhouse from 6.30 until 8.00: £2 per session. TO BE REVIEWED
In addition to the YOAC training,
South Somerset District Council also run a session on Monday nights
Training for 8 – 14 years on Mondays at Yeovil Athletic Arena (call SSDC - 01935 462462)
8 – 11 years 5.30 - 6.30pm : £2.75
12- 14 years 6.45 - 7.45pm : £2.75
Once an athlete is in school year 5 they are then able to train with Yeovil Olympiads on Tuesdays and Thursdays and could also partake in the SSDC session on Mondays.

YOAC offers its members a wide variety of competition against other clubs throughout the year:
National Athletics League Division 1
Men and Women - Under 17's and above (standards apply for U17)
Southern Athletics League, Division 2 West
Under 17’s and above. This league is for a combined Women's and Men's team.
South West League
Male & female, all ages.
